From a total of 6 million cargo tons moved through the port annually, 2,7+ million tons (3 million short tons) are bulk cargoes. The port features hoppers and conveyors for loading products directly into trucks, as well as bulk cargo container facilities. The Orlando International Airport is located approximately 45 miles to the west of the port and is serviced by most domestic and many international airlines. Cruise Terminal 10 was reopened on November 19, 2016, following USD 35 million expansion and upgrade project which took 6 months to complete. The closest Amtrak train stations are in Sanford and Orlando, and the closest Greyhound terminal is in Titusville, which is a 25-minute drive from the port. From any of these, you'll need to take a taxi, as the port is not serviced by local public transportation.
